I took notes and everything.
After the second time through (I got handed up to Janet's supervisor) I decided I was wasting my time, but had some difficulty ending the phone call.
So how much study have I got done in the last 10 minutes?
... Approximately None. (now back to Antioch and the assignment I really need to finish this week)

Oh no! Study must be a drag today! So no chance that a good Go-Away Line would be, "Look I'd love to but I've got this assignment on Antioch I have to finish..." ?? Pity. I was thinking of using that one next time.
Sometimes all you can do is say "I am going to hang up now, Thank you for all your help" and then hang up.
Ha, any old excuse not to study...
